Other Details to Note
To provide clarity on our amenities, here are a few key features to know before your stay at Casa Ramé: 1. Hot Showers with On-Demand Heating 🚿 The showers are equipped with Marey on-demand water heaters, so you can enjoy hot showers during your stay. Just note that the bathroom and kitchen sinks only have cold water, which is common in Puerto Rico. Since the Marey units runs on electricity, hot water won’t be available during a power outage. 2. No Power Generator ⚡ Casa Ramé does not have a generator. Power outages can occasionally happen, typically lasting a few hours. If it happens during your stay, it’s a chance to slow down, rinse off under cool water, light a candle, listen to the coquí frogs, and embrace the simplicity of island life. 3. Note on Septic System 🚽 To protect our sensitive septic system, please flush only human waste. Do not flush toilet paper, wipes, feminine products, or any other items. Please dispose of these in the bathroom bin provided (this is common in many homes in Puerto Rico). 4. Shared Balcony Access 👣 The balcony is a shared space and is used as an access walkway to the staff room and the future guest laundry room (still in the works). While these amenities are being developed, you may occasionally see staff accessing these rooms via the shared balcony. Your apartment remains fully private at all times.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one, with neighbors across the street—so you may see or hear normal neighborhood activity at times, especially when relaxing on the balcony. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breathtaking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous Road 413 (aka the Road to Happiness).
