Welcome to Casa Ramé’s Amanera & Solara in Pineapple Hill, Rincón, Puerto Rico. These are comfort, well-kept units—ideal for surfers, remote workers, friends, & families looking to reset. Enjoy scenic hillside views with a peek of the ocean, A/C bedrooms, WiFi (600 Mbps), King + Queen beds, two 1.5 baths/unit, & shared laundry. Calm setting; short drive from town & beaches (5-10 min). Steps Beach is reachable via scenic ~30-min hike (hard). Guests have 1–2 residential street parking spaces.

This apartment displays some accessibility features such as direct access from the street (no stairs). Entrance and doors that measure over 32 inches wide. Bathroom doors measure 28 inches wide. Self check-in via lockbox. You will have full access to your units and the shared laundry room. The downstairs patio area is currently restricted. My partner and I live on the property part-time. There is a staff room upstairs along the shared balcony, and staff may occasionally pass through or use the shared laundry room. Your apartment remains fully private at all times, and we’re always available by message if you need anything or would like local recommendations.

Details to note before your stay at Casa Ramé: • Hot Showers 🚿 Showers are equipped with on-demand heaters for your comfort. Bathroom and kitchen sinks run on cool water, a common feature in Puerto Rico. Please note that hot water is unavailable during power outages. • Electricity ⚡ Casa Ramé does not have a generator. While outages are occasional and typically brief, they offer a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy the natural rhythm of island life. • Septic System 🚽 Our home uses a sensitive septic system. We kindly ask that only human waste be flushed. A bin is provided for all other items, as is customary in many island homes. • Shared Balcony 👣 The balcony serves as a shared walkway to the laundry area and staff room. You may occasionally see others passing through, though your apartment remains fully private. • Laundry Access 🧺 A shared washer and dryer are available on-site during designated hours. Guests are welcome to bring their preferred detergent. • Security Cameras 📹 Security cameras are located only in common and exterior areas of Casa Ramé PR to ensure the protection of all guests and our property. They overlook the street, outdoor staircase, back fence, side patios, and the shared laundry room. Neighborhood

The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one, with neighbors across the street—so you may see or hear normal neighborhood activity at times, especially when relaxing on the balcony. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breathtaking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous Road 413 (aka the Road to Happiness).

Carmen’s place was great! Looked exactly like the photos and comfortably fit our group of 7. We were able to drive to 3 different beaches within 6 minutes of the house and I’m sure there’s even more within that distance! Town of Rincon is very cute as well with lots of bars and restaurants.

This place is much better than what can be seen in the photos. Everything is like new, super clean, comfortable beds, bigger than expected, and great location 5 minutes from Rincon beaches and plaza. Ocean views from the rooms, balcony and patio were amazing. Carmen was a great host making sure we had everything we needed and recommending local restaurants and activities.

Really comfortable and really good price for large groups. We stayed at the property for a filming gig we were doing close by. Finding 4 separate bedrooms for a crew is almost imposible in the west without spending 1000k+. The place was spotless, beds are comfortable. And very private and quiet. Also extra points for the decorations. Like hotels on the west are pretty old and bare minimum. It’s nice having those extra comforts.

Find us

We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.
